We opened the ice cream shop which is the big strawberry to be an eye catcher from the highway. We have heard things like, "This is Strawberry Shortcakes house" to "How did you build such a structure" & "Why did you choose to build a strawberry?" The building is made out of wood, just like a house & then it was spray foamed to make it look like a strawberry, with a green stem to boot!
We make our homemade ice cream in wooden Amish churns with the highest butterfat available to give it a rich, creamy texture that everyone loves. Our best sellers are strawberry & peach, both of which are made with our farm fresh fruit year round. Butter Pecan is made with oven roasted pecans & fresh country butter.
